The Bookkeeper with be responsible for assisting the Accounting Team to keep our finance team organized and up to date with budgets, reports, and spending. You will help us track and record all incoming and outgoing finance in line with the financial procedures set in place.
As the Executive Assistant to Think East Africa’s Executive Director you’ll manage a constantly changing schedule and oversee all incoming and outgoing requests. You’ll be responsible for keeping a pristine calendar, maintaining a system for scheduling meetings, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring the Executive Director is well prepared for every interaction.
The Maintenance Technician will execute Hand Pump (HP) maintenance services – ensuring proper maintenance and use of WASH equipment, provide guidance on appropriate techniques and materials for HP repairs, and provide training for maintenance helpers. They will also organize a follow-up system for well monitoring and maintenance and community needs.
The Procurement Technician will help TEA in procuring high – quality and cost-efficient supplies for our organization. You will follow procurement procedures, maintain an updated list of current and incoming inventory, and be responsible for approving purchases
Office Assistants support the smooth running of our office and support function. We need a competent application with an exceptional driving record, great English and French, and the ability to follow direction and add value to daily and weekly tasks.
The WASH Technician will help TEA build the capacity of the community and water users, enhance awareness and involve the community beneficiaries in water needs and implement participatory approaches to address the real needs and enhance the sustainability of water services in communities.
